Signature revolutionized the way I think about and approach leadership. My personal brand of leadership has to start with an appreciation of the unique gifts I bring to the table. I’ve been a lawyer for 23 years and if I knew at the beginning of my career what I have since learnt from the Signature Program, I would not have spent so many sleepless nights worrying that I was a failure because I didn’t fit the cookie cutter model that typically spells success in my field. I would have had the confidence to develop and nurture my personal brand of leadership, secure in the knowledge that I am enough.
