Ideal Candidates are current VP’s or nearing this level and considered in early stages of executive succession planning. They are potential leaders, viewed as contenders to run P&L’s at the senior levels, but may not have the executive exposure and visibility needed to reach those levels.
How Do Participants Benefit?
Leadership Development
Participants receive learning sessions on key learning capabilities to prepare them for the executive level leadership. Led by senior executive faculty, the monthly virtual sessions and multi day live summit enhance their leadership capabilities throughout the course of the year.
Sponsorship Relationship
Exposure to new senior leaders through our executive sponsor programs provides participants with access to new relationships and opportunities. The executive sponsors are supported through sponsorship best practice sessions and are held accountable through other leaders in the program, creating sustainable relationships that last well beyond the program.
Cohort of Peers & Executive Advisors
Learning alongside external peers, leaders have thought partners in the challenges they are currently facing. Our executive advisors provide an additional resource through situational coaching and outside perspectives to bring the learning to life.
