Carol is a "catalyst for growth" whose passion is to grow people and businesses. After spending her career in executive roles at various companies, Carol has focused on her passion for building the future leaders of large, global companies around the world.
At the request of a dozen C-suite executives, she created Signature Leaders in 2013. She designed the content, experience, and network based on her noteworthy track record navigating roles in operations, strategy, sales, and marketing with large global enterprises, PE-backed firms, and high-growth entrepreneurial ventures.
Since then, Signature Leaders has become a brand synonymous with excellence in leadership development. Over 150 large, global companies have used Signature Leaders to accelerate their high-potential leaders throughout their pipelines and fuel growth in their succession plans.
The "Signature" experience was an energizing, powerful, and very interactive experience. Carol fosters an environment with no walls, no pretense, complete trust, and honesty. She has discovered how to remove the barriers that keep us from being authentic and, hence, allows us to discover our true signature.
