Carol’s true passion is in coaching and developing female executives to be the future leaders in companies around the world.
At the request of a dozen C-suite executives – who still had a gender diversity challenge despite their best efforts – she created Signature Leaders in 2013. She designed the content, experience, and collective based on her noteworthy track record navigating roles in operations, strategy, sales, and marketing with large global enterprises, PE-backed firms, and high-growth entrepreneurial ventures. What’s more, Signature continues to expand its content through Carol's leadership and connections in the gender parity space.

More than 150 C-suite executives, including 20 CEOs, generously share real-world leadership lessons and wisdom through facilitated sessions, one-to-one connections, alumni dinner gatherings, and other engagement opportunities. Each plays a vital role in the ongoing development and sustainable performance of our participants. In addition, our faculty derives significant value from their participation.
