“The Signature Program was a game changer for me as a CEO because it gave me invaluable insights on how to increase my capacity and leverage my strengths in a strategic and more intentional way. This leadership program was a definite value add that I would recommend to emerging and established leaders.”

Chief Operating Officer, City of Atlanta

“I have to say I tend to not favor women leadership as they focus too much on gender, but these 3 days were different! All of the pieces are actionable changes I can make. Also, I love how the info is stackable! It’s funny, you wonder if you can make 3 days at a leadership conference work, and then you realize you need more time!”

“The Signature Sponsor journey map and actions communicated for moving from Mentor to Sponsor was such an eye-opener that I realized I wasn’t taking enough action to ENRICH the sponsees I had for several years.”

Powerful Network for Better Business Solutions

Signature Leaders Programs

Creative Business Solutions

One alumna’s company was a client of another alumna’s company. As they had launched the client-vendor relationship, the service integration had a number of snags. With a great relationship already established, the two members (who were not directly involved in the integration issues) were able to elevate the discussion and bring the right people together from each company to resolve the challenge. It resulted not only in significant savings in time and cost, but a stronger partnership between the companies.

Enterprise-wide Development

Two Signature Premier participants were paired together at a Premier session. One was located in Italy and the other in Detroit, but both had responsibility for managing a plant for their respective companies. While at Premier, they decided to visit one another’s plants to share best practices around how they created efficiencies and motivated employees. When visiting Detroit, the alumna from Italy was welcomed by senior leaders from the Detroit company. They walked the plant together and invited her to join a few meetings as they discussed KPIs. The ongoing relationship created value for both women in their careers and for their companies.

The Signature Collective builds on the women leadership program to create ongoing value as your key leaders receive continued development and connection to be better leaders and build better business solutions.

“To miss a Signature Network Session would be a mistake”

—Tabbassum Gupta, Head of S2Infra GM Operations, Google Cloud

Over the past decade, Carol has interviewed more than 1000 C-suite executives for their leadership insights. She has orchestrated executive discussions among some of the world’s most acclaimed leaders and CEOs. Several of her highlighted interviews include: Sergio Marchionne, CEO of Fiat/Chrysler, just two days after Chrysler paid off its government debt; and Hugh Grant, CEO of Monsanto and CEO of the Year. She has also facilitated discussions with Condoleezza Rice, Greg Norman, Fred Smith, Paul Azinger, and Doris Kearns Goodwin, among others, extracting high impact ideas for executives to action in their own organizations.

Carol is the author of Wisdom Warriors: Women with the Courage to be True to Themselves, a collection of 200 stories and lessons of leadership AND life from amazing, accomplished executives. The book is being used by companies, coaches, and executives to catalyze organizations to share stories.
