Ideal Candidates are current VP’s or nearing this level and considered in early stages of executive succession planning. They are potential leaders, viewed as contenders to run P&L’s at the senior levels, but may not have the executive exposure and visibility needed to reach those levels.
How Do Participants Benefit?
Participants receive learning sessions on key learning capabilities to prepare them for the executive level leadership. Led by senior executive faculty, the monthly virtual sessions and multi day live summit enhance their leadership capabilities throughout the course of the year.
Through the exposure to a new senior leader, participants gain access to new relationships and opportunities. The sponsor is supported through sponsorship best practice sessions and accountability through other leaders in the program, creating sustainable relationships that last well beyond the program.
